More info the better – more insights, more plan stats, and smarter progress data
In this week's Feature Roundup we're focusing on providing more data and information on your OKRs, because the more you know, the better!
No one has the same experience with OKRs. People have different set of goals, a different sense of accomplishment, a different market, etc. There are a lot of different variables at play. So as much as we want our computers to just tell us all the answers, a human brain is still much better at taking those infinite variables and summarizing them into a progress report. What we can do with our software though, is give you as many data points as possible to help you get to your analysis and your execution quicker.
We have a handful of new improvements this week to show you more data in more places, so that you can analyze your progress quicker and stay on track.
✨ What's new
Updated Insights Panel
You will find new charts including longitudinal data in the Insights section of your plan:
- Progress on outcomes and initiatives.
- Weekly check-ins activity.
- Confidence trends.
- Net Confidence Score trends.
This data will be updated whenever new check-ins are done, or when initiatives are created and closed.(We've also done some much needed clean up in the page 😅 – hope that you'll enjoy these new insights!)
See Progress Variation
You can now see the percentage of variation on progress since the last check-in.This information will be visible in the outcome details panel and in the presentation mode.
Updated Presentation mode
Hello! We just revamped our presentation to have a much better reading experience. Previously we tried to cram everything in a keynote format—which was not adequate given the information that we deal with.Now the overview and outcome pages can be read top to bottom with ease and comfort.
Compare progress and confidence of your plans
The plans listing view now includes progress trackers for outcomes and initiatives.You'll be able to compare progress and confidence without having to switch context!
