Tability 2025 Year in Review 🎁
A look back at everything Tability in 2025 + what's to come in 2026! 🎉
Holidays are here so we’re taking a look back at our 2025 and wowee, what a banger 2025 was.
We built a bunch of things we’re genuinely proud of. We shipped major upgrades, made OKR reporting way less of a slog, and leaned hard into AI in a way that’s actually useful (not just “we added a chatbot” vibes).
More importantly, we met a lot of new folks along the way — new customers, new partners, and a whole bunch of teams who brought fresh energy (and very real feedback) into what we’re building. Seeing more people discover Tability, put it to work, and tell us what’s actually helping (and what still needs love) was one of the best parts of the year.
And honestly… that’s what’s got us most excited about what’s next. 2025 was us shipping the building blocks. 2026 is us turning Tability into the place you go to understand your business — faster answers, cleaner signals, and way less busywork in the middle.
Here’s a look back at our 2025:
THANK YOU to our customers ❤️
Without you, we wouldn’t be here. From being major supporters of what we’re doing to giving feedback every day that makes us better and better, thank you so much.

Thanks to you, we’re now being recognised as leaders in the OKR space — with some pretty unreal feedback across the board. We’ve been lucky enough to earn 4.7★ on G2 and 4.8★ on Gartner, plus a bunch of testimonials that basically keep us going on the hard days. And the cherry on top? We were even recommended by What Matters, a true OKR icon, as a one of their best tools for OKRs. Honestly… we’re still smiling about that one 🙂

Partner program relaunch 🤝
We launched our new Partner program. Being the best OKR software can sometimes only take you so far. That’s why it’s important to us to partner with the very best minds in the OKR space so our customers always have access to the best experts and additional resources to help them go from dreams to accomplishments.

Whether you need OKR training, a facilitator for planning sessions, or help rolling Tability out across the org, our partners have your back. Look for more collaborations and webinar sessions with these great partners in 2026.
2025: Much like everything else in 2025 it was a big year for AI
Your very own OKR Agent
We relaunched Tabby as your personal OKR Agent, with new capabilities to write check-ins for you and keep goals updated automatically every week. One of the hardest things about OKRs is keeping up with them. Chasing updates, reminding the team, writing valuable check-ins. These things are so much easier said than done. Now, our AI, Tabby, can generate a check-in based on contextual data. Of course, it’s not always going to be the highest quality of response (you can never beat human input), but the quality only gets better with the more context you give it. The important thing is that Tabby can keep the check-ins coming at a regular rate, so you can at least see general updates, receive notifications, and correct things or add context as needed. Over time, Tabby will have past check-ins to improve their check-ins.
AI-generated retrospectives and reviews
Fully summarise and build reports in seconds. This one was a massive game-changer for many of our customers this year. Reporting is such a tedious task. You have to go to several different apps to get the data you want. Go through Tability and read all of the recent check-ins for all of your teams. You then analyse that, organise your thoughts, and write a summary.
Then you put it into a doc that you publish, build out an email that gets sent out, and then prepare presentation slides for the next monthly update meeting. That’s hours, if not days, of work.

Now it’s a click of a button, and you have a summary of all the recent updates and presented in a report you can send instantly. You can still go into presentation mode and have beautiful presentations to show off in seconds, too.
Improved dashboards
Obviously, people want dashboards. They’re cool. They’re hip. They’re colourful. We’ve turned up the dial on all of those. All jokes aside, dashboards are a great way to see how things are going at a glance. We want to make our dashboards as intuitive and easy to use, and still look really good (good enough to show your CEO!). This year, we really spent the time to polish these up visually and make sure that creating them isn’t a pain either.

We will continue to improve the experience around dashboards this next year, as it’s a highly used feature of ours. More metrics, more charts, more, more, more to come.
In the meantime, we’re doing 1:1 workshops with teams to help them build beautiful dashboards like the one above → book a time with us
Org charts for your teams
While we’ve always had our strategy map, you also need a team view of how things align. We now have support for teams and assigning leaders and direct reports throughout the org, giving you context on not just what’s being done but who’s doing it.
Those are the big ones, but there’s a whole lot more on our Tability changelog. Have a scroll!
2026: Tability as your business hub 🔮
AI Mode (currently experimental)
You can now chat to all of your business data. By the nature of the product, Tability is where execs, managers, and ICs come together to communicate their progress toward goals. This way ICs don’t have to dig through the analytics and high-level strategy, and your execs don’t have to fish through Jira tickets to understand what’s being done. It’s a central place to talk about the company in a common language.

With data connectors, integrations with PM tools (like Jira, Asana, ClickUp) and documentation (Confluence, Notion), and all of your check-ins and conversations around OKRs and goals, Tability has a high-level view of everything happening in your business. In 2026, you’ll be able to speak to that data directly, getting instant answers and finding the signals that matter, amongst all the noise.
As great as your LLM might be, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are all going to have a much harder time accessing that without Tability.

KPI support (beta)
We know that your business metrics live beyond your OKRs. You need visibility into your company vitals that may or may not be a focus at the time. With KPIs, you’ll be able to track all your business metrics over a longer period of time, with the ability to connect OKRs to them directly so you’re not tracking the values from scratch every quarter. We know it’s a simple idea, and many of you have been asking for it, but we take our user experience very seriously and want to take the time to get this one right. Will be available to try soon!
Your personal Tability wrap-up is live 🎉
Don’t forget your own personal Tability Wrap Up is live on your workspace now! You can see how many check-ins you did, how many your team did, and other fun stats from your 2025.

Once again, thank you for the support and we look forward to another great year in 2026.
Happy Holidays! 🎄✨
