Keep your team focused with continuous feedback (slides from SaaStock 18)

Before attending SaaStock I had mixed feelings about going to the conference. Our beta is only 5 weeks old, and I was getting anxious about not working on the product for our existing users.

But we thought it would be a great occasion to get feedback and validate some of our hypotheses. Fast-forward to today, and I'm super happy about the results. I was surprised to meet some teams that are already using Squadlytics (!!!) and I learned a lot from the crowd. I'm still anxious, but for good reasons now as there are so many great things for us to do.
