Tability Year in Review 2023
2023 was a dynamic year in tech. We witnessed AI's meteoric rise, the SVB collapse, the FTX controversy, Elon Musk's involvement with the former Twitter, and the dramatics around Sam Altman. It wasn't all smooth sailing, and here at Tability, we felt the pulse of that turbulence. Despite the challenges though, we stayed true to our core and stayed focused. Keep grinding, keep building, keep innovating.
We’ve been busy
Approaching the end of 2023, it's clear—it wasn't a cakewalk. But in 2023, we doubled the size of our team, and grew our reach in the world;we now have customers on every continent.
Not only that, but we were busy building too. We really pride ourselves on being a real product-first company and this year was no exception. A lot of credit to our customers too, who suggest ideas, features, and share with us the problems they face.

While we’re proud of all the work we’ve done this year and before, we have big visions for where this can go. We strongly believe that Tability is already the number one tool for OKRs out there right now.
A lot of our customers believe it too, and those of you who have already joined us on this ride, THANK YOU. You’ve all contributed to making this the best possible tool for your team, your goals, and your OKRs.
But our vision for Tability is so much bigger than that. The future of work demands new ways of working and being remote distributed bring problems of its own. Finding alignment and accountability with a full remote, fully distributed team, is a puzzle we will be trying to solve for a while still. OKRs has been a great solution for many, but it’s not one-size-fits-all.
We want to continue providing you the great product we have now, but much, much more. The way we see it, we think that Tability can be like Apple Health for your business. A place people come to for everything they need to know about their company’s health.
What does this mean?
Leadership can pull up their phones and instantly get curated progress reports on all the things they should care about. Managers get insights on their team’s engagement, where they need to put their focus, and how to put the right projects into action. An individual contributor can quickly look and understands their role and their metrics for success, so that every day they can show up to work and know what they should work on.
Those are just a few hypothetical scenarios, but it’s these use cases that we really want to bring to life. We’re not here to just replace your OKR spreadsheet… we’re going to become a health monitor for all teams.
What’s coming up in 2024
We’re still working on our feature roadmap, but here are some general themes we are focused on to get us one step closer to that grand vision.

Leveraging AI and existing data to give you more output for your work. Check-ins that write themselves, alerts and notifications that fit your interests, KPI dashboards that update themselves so you can see progress without lifting a finger. What if Tability enabled your 5 person team to do the work of 10?

Bringing features that not only support teams of all sizes and their various needs, but also encourages and enables teams to grow with Tability. Organize, align, and use Tability as a better way to manage your workforce.

What if Tability could help surface issues or help you focus on what needs your attention the most? We’re all looking over so many things all the time. Tability can possibly have a systematic way of telling you to take action on things before it’s in the red.
